All camps are available to all, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, or handicap.
Please complete both the Registration and Health forms when registering for your camping experience.

A REGISTRATION FORM NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT FOR EACH PARTICIPANT

FEE INFORMATION

Mail completed registration and health forms with deposit fees to the Outdoor and Retreat Ministries (ORM) office. Weekend and short week camps, please submit the entire fee. If requesting scholarship support, fill-out the Scholarship Request Form found on the bottom of the Registration Form.

REGISTRATION POLICY
All On-site and Off-site Camps

The week-long summer camps require a $50.00 deposit at the time of registration. If a payment plan is needed, please contact the ORM office. If requesting scholarship assistance, the $50.00 deposit is still required. You will receive a written notice of your scholarship funding. Registrations postmarked before April 1st will qualify for the $20.00 Early Bird Discount. Registrations postmarked after April 1st are subject to the printed fees. Full payment is due a full two (2) weeks before your camp begins. Please complete Registration and Health Form (doctor’s signature is no longer required) and mail with deposit to ORM office at 200 Stam Street, Williams Bay, WI 53191.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All On-Site and Off-Site Camps

• All camper cancellations will be subject to the forfeiture of the deposit.
• On or before April 1st, a $15.00 processing fee will be assessed.
• No refunds will be made two weeks before the camp starting date.
• Should the camp be canceled by ORM, all paid funds will be returned or transferred.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR OUTDOOR AND RETREAT MINISTRY EVENTS

1. Select the event(s) you wish to attend.
2. Complete all portions of the Registration, Health and “All About Me” camper information pages. Double-check areas requesting signatures.
3. Send in your registration form and deposit without delay. Keep in mind the early bird discount.
4. Registrations postmarked by April 1st will receive an Early Bird Discount of $20.00 off the published fee where applicable.
5. To help you prepare for a wonderful experience, you will receive:
• Please return your Health and "All About Me" forms to camp no later than two weeks before event
• A registration confirmation
• A letter from your Event Director with specific instructions for the event you will attend.
6. For specific camp program information, please call the listed Event Director in the write-up or the ORM Office at 1-800-642-2267.

FEDERAL TAX INFORMATION

Camp fees can be eligible for the credit for child and dependent care expenses on your
Federal Income Tax return. Consult your tax preparer.

BRING A FRIEND TO CAMP AND SAVE

Attending summer camp is a great experience to share with your friends! We invite you to bring a friend to camp with you this summer. If you have been a camp participant in the ORM summer programs in the past, you may be eligible for a 15% discount on your camp fee.
[ ] You must have been a camper in an Outdoor and Retreat Ministries summer program in the last three years.
[ ] Register for one or more of the ORM sponsored programs this year.
[ ] Recruit a friend that is a new camper* that will participate in one of the ORM camps this summer which is of comparable value and length of time.
[ ] Send both registration forms together in the same envelope.
*A new camper is a person who has not participated in the ORM camping program in the last three years. The sponsor and the new camper do not need to participate in the same summer ORM program. Sponsoring seven new campers would allow you to come FREE!
If any UMC Church sends seven (7) new campers, an 8th camper may attend FREE!
