ORM welcomes you to enter the local mission field with us by volunteering to help this organization with your God given gifts in any area of our ministry. Your gift of ministry can be as short as an hour or as long as a year! Together we can partner to serve our Lord in thousands of ways within this special ministry.
Site Specific Service: Both our sites can use help in our maintenance and capital improvements. Our grounds can always benefit from those who have green thumbs or eager hands to help maintain and beautify our natural surroundings. This is a perfect opportunity for church groups to do local mission projects and help their conference. To volunteer or for more information, you can directly call Reynoldswood (815-284-6979 or firstname.lastname@example.org) or Wesley Woods (262-245-6631 or email@example.com).
Program Volunteers: You could volunteer your services for all our programs. Summer, Day, Ski, and Confirmation Camps are all open to volunteers. We are also always looking for guest speakers for our Ski and Confirmation Camps. To volunteer or for more information, contact Craig Watters at 815-494-0444 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Leader In Training Program (LIT)
Are you mature for your age? Would you like to learn more effective leadership skills? Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to better learn how to share your enthusiasm about your faith and Jesus with others? If so, then this program is for you! Leader In Training (LIT) is a training program offered by Outdoor and Retreat Ministries to enable youth to strengthen their leadership skills in ministry. This program will equip you with practical and usable tools to enhance your natural leadership abilities. Skill areas will include communication; creativity, problem solving; encouragement; dealing with behavioral issues in a positive way; and more. These new skills will be helpful for many of life’s arenas in addition to the camping ministry.
